When I look to my Mentors from afar, aka things that successful people have said, to find out what actions play a role in shaping their Success, I have found a repeating message:
"Hard work and consistency."
Now this seems too simple to work, but in reality I believe that it is a powerful "not-so-secret" trick to improving your Life and achieving your Dreams.
Think about it.
Does Going to the Gym 1 time make you strong? No.
Does Reading 1 book make you smart? No.
Will you be rich if you try 1 thing? No. (well, most likely).
Therefore, in order to progress and see results, you need to show up consistently (ideally every day).
Imagine how much better our relationships with those around us, our careers, our fitness, our development could be if we just took action every day towards whatever it is we need to do.
That is one of the things that I have learned throughout my Marathon Training (the progression I can feel after Running almost every day for Months).
And as I enter this new chapter of my Life (as Mentioned in this post) I am starting to apply this principle towards new goals: Business, Friends, University.
I Just think: If you keep PUSHING, even when you get knocked down, what can stop you?
