Do you ever feel overwhelmed by all of the tasks you have to complete every day?
If you do, then like how it was for me, keeping on top of them can be a real struggle!
I used to have this problem too, but then I came across the "2-Minute Rule".
This will change your Life one quick task at a time!
It is super simple:
Anything that takes less than two minutes to complete, DO IT straight away!
Examples:
Taking away trash
Vacuum cleaning your Room
Making your Bed
Putting on the Washing
Sending your friends a positive message
Taking a second before going to bed to check what tomorrow looks like.
These small tasks are the ones that nag on your brain and keep you from doing what's important, or just don't get completed, leaving you struggling to maintain some sort of clean home environment, as well as fogging up your attention, potentially stopping you from being able to work productively!
So from now, whenever you think of something you need to get done, stop and think:
"Will this take less than two minutes to complete?"
If the answer is YES, then do not let yourself hesitate or contemplate, just get it DONE quickly.
Trust me, this will change your Life (at least it changed mine).
And the reason is simple:
When you are on top of the little things, you can focus and dedicate attention & action to the big, important things. Also your Life will be more enjoyable.
Who doesn't love to jump into a ready made Bed in the evening?! (So much better than a messy bundle :D).

Done! Booked a mini-break with a friend. The actual booking just took 2 min, and because of you and your post I had squeezed it in right before a physical appointment with a builder....Job done!! Hooray!
