Are you Happy when you wake up?

Do you like your day-to-day?


How do you feel when you get up in the morning?

In the crazy and over-stimulated world that we live in TODAY, it can be easy to feel overwhelmed, stressed, and anxious as you start the day.


But it DOES NOT need to be overwhelming.


Today I would like to share the one simple thing that you can do every day to massively improve your stress levels, feeling of well-being, and overall improve your start to each day, and with that, your Life.


It's super simple:


Until you are dressed and ready for the day, KEEP YOUR PHONE OFF!


Be honest, the first thing that most people do right after they wake up, is pick up their phone and open the floodgates to the outside world.


But if you think about it, is it really surprising that we feel stressed and overwhelmed when the first thing we do every day is see thousands of pieces of information: Social media, news, emails...


So why not give it a go.


I used to do this, and I didn't even notice how much of an impact it was having, because my brain was so full of external stuff that I couldn't even see how distracted I was.


So keep your phone away, until you are ready for the day.
